Klippen var korta, ofta bara en eller två sekunder, innan allt kollapsade i ett virrvarr av trasiga ansikten, märkliga rörelser och objekt som bytte form från bildruta till bildruta. Och även om utvecklingen har gått snabbt brottas dagens modeller fortfarande med samma grundproblem: De måste förstå hur den fysiska världen fungerar och dessutom hålla ihop detaljer över tid. Om en person snurrar ett varv i bild är det inte säkert att mönstret på tröjan fortfarande ser likadant ut. En våg av AI-video i våra flöden Samtidigt har förbättringarna skett i ett rasande tempo. Det går nu att skapa reklamfilmer, enklare föreläsningsvideor, animationer, musikvideor och snabba konceptfilmer utan stora budgetar. (Men man får ofta göra många försök innan det lyckas.) För mindre företag är detta särskilt intressant, och det märks också tydligt i sociala medier där AI-genererat videoinnehåll numera sköljer över flödena. De tjänster vi har testat låter dig starta från en egen bild, vilket ger dig full kontroll över den visuella stilen. Det gör det också möjligt att skapa konsekventa karaktärer och produktvisualiseringar. Baksidan är förstås att tekniken också gör det svårare att lita på det man ser. Deepfakes blir allt vanligare, och gränsen mellan verkligt och syntetiskt innehåll blir suddigare för varje månad. Stora möjligheter för kreatörer Men för den som vill skapa istället för att luras är möjligheterna stora. Med några få instruktioner kan du bygga science-fiction-scener, blåsa liv i gamla släktfoton eller testa idéer för en reklamfilm på några minuter – och till en bråkdel av vad en traditionell produktion skulle kosta. Utvecklingen fortsätter dessutom i högt tempo. De stora aktörerna släpper ständigt nya modeller i en kamp där ingen har råd att stå still. Har du inte testat AI-video än är det därför ett bra läge att göra det nu. Många tjänster låter dig prova gratis, men ska du komma längre än ett par enstaka klipp behöver du normalt lägga runt 200 till 300 kronor för en månad. Därför har vi tittat närmare på åtta av de största tjänsterna i just den prisklassen. Sora – hajpen som svalnade Länge var tjänsten Sora från Open AI det stora namnet inom AI-video, men det dröjde länge innan tjänsten kom till Sverige. Och när den väl kom hit så var den omsprungen av konkurrenterna och hade dessutom snart ersatts av Sora 2. Denna tjänst går dock inte att komma åt från Sverige varken på webben eller som app, annat än via API eller på samlingstjänster, men det ligger utanför ramen för detta test. Sora 2 i API:t ska dessutom avvecklas under 2026, enligt Open AI. Tillhör du dem som är emot generativ AI på grund av att man tränar modellerna med upphovsrättskyddat material, kan Adobes Firefly vara ett alternativ. Den ska tränas på material som Adobe äger rättigheterna till. Men Firefly är i dagsläget inte lika kraftfull som de bästa alternativen. Grok – snabbt, enkelt och mindre censur Fördelar Snabb generering Mycket enkelt gränssnitt Mindre innehållsfiltrering än konkurrenterna Nackdelar Begränsade redigeringsverktyg Medelmåttig realism Grok är snabb och lätt att använda men når inte riktigt upp i samma bildkvalitet som de bästa modellerna. Den får ändå en rekommendation eftersom den inte blockerar det man försöker göra i samma utsträckning som konkurrenterna. Upplevelsen är tilltalande och det går snabbt att testa många idéer – med ett tillhörande ljudspår som duger bra som en skiss. När Kling träffar rätt levererar den några av de snyggaste resultaten i dagsläget, men du får stå ut med lite friktion på vägen dit. För den som är nybörjare är användarvänligheten avgörande. Ett rent gränssnitt, tydliga mallar och snabb återkoppling gör stor skillnad. För mer avancerade användare handlar det om kontroll. Kan du styra kamerarörelser, bildfrekvens och stil? Kan du redigera vidare i flera steg utan att börja om? Och hur hårda begränsningar har de för olika typer av innehåll? Vissa spärrar är förstås rimliga, men blir de för hårda riskerar verktyget att bli oanvändbart. En annan viktig faktor är maximal klipplängd i det testade abonnemanget. Om du har en laddare på 330 kW vill säga. På insidan dominerar som vi redan har visat den stora Hyperscreen-skärmen. Den sträcker sig över hela instrumentpanelen och har över 1000 små LED-lampor som lyser upp den bakifrån. Under skalet kan man få lite olika alternativ. Insteget har en elmotor på bakaxeln kopplad till en tvåstegad växellåda och så finns det en med en elmotor på vardera axel och fyrhjulsdrift. När motorn där fram inte behövs kopplas den från och bilen blir då bara bakhjulsdriven. När man behöver bromsa så är det även motorerna som gör det mesta jobbet av detta. Bilen kan bromsas ner till stillastående utan att behöva använda de traditionella bromsarna - bara bromskraftsåtervinningen. På tillvalslistan finns bland annat adaptiv luftfjädring och bakaxelstyrning. Starkast för tillfället är C 400 4MATIC som bjuder på 490 hästar och som gör 0-100 km/h på fyra sekunder. Too many have forgotten or perhaps take for granted that nearly a century of some version of peace has prevailed in the world without a great power military conflict. At least three generations — billions of people and their children and now grandchildren — have never known a world war. 15. The postwar neutering of Germany and Japan must be undone. The defanging of Germany was an overcorrection for which Europe is now paying a heavy price. A similar and highly theatrical commitment to Japanese pacifism will, if maintained, also threaten to shift the balance of power in Asia. 16. We should applaud those who attempt to build where the market has failed to act. The culture almost snickers at Musk’s interest in grand narrative, as if billionaires ought to simply stay in their lane of enriching themselves . . . . Any curiosity or genuine interest in the value of what he has created is essentially dismissed, or perhaps lurks from beneath a thinly veiled scorn. 17. Silicon Valley must play a role in addressing violent crime. Many politicians across the United States have essentially shrugged when it comes to violent crime, abandoning any serious efforts to address the problem or take on any risk with their constituencies or donors in coming up with solutions and experiments in what should be a desperate bid to save lives. 18. The ruthless exposure of the private lives of public figures drives far too much talent away from government service. The public arena—and the shallow and petty assaults against those who dare to do something other than enrich themselves—has become so unforgiving that the republic is left with a significant roster of ineffectual, empty vessels whose ambition one would forgive if there were any genuine belief structure lurking within. 19. The caution in public life that we unwittingly encourage is corrosive. Those who say nothing wrong often say nothing much at all. 20. The pervasive intolerance of religious belief in certain circles must be resisted. The elite’s intolerance of religious belief is perhaps one of the most telling signs that its political project constitutes a less open intellectual movement than many within it would claim. 21. Some cultures have produced vital advances; others remain dysfunctional and regressive. All cultures are now equal. Criticism and value judgments are forbidden. Yet this new dogma glosses over the fact that certain cultures and indeed subcultures . . . have produced wonders. Others have proven middling, and worse, regressive and harmful. 22. Träningsrekord Varje gång du slår ditt tidigare rekord för kaloriförbrukning i någon av de ovan listade övningarna får du detta märke. Ida Blix Nytt rörelsemål Varje gång du ändrar ditt dagliga rörelsemål och sedan överskrider det nya målet får du denna prestation. Du kan ändra ditt rörelsemål genom att öppna appen Aktivitet på din Apple Watch och trycka hårt på skärmen. Längsta rörelsesvit När du når ditt rörelsemål (stänger den röda ringen) flera dagar i rad är det en ”rad”. Du får den här utmärkelsen när din rad äntligen tar slut, om den är längre än din tidigare bästa rad. Perfekt vecka Denna delas ut i fyra kategorier: Rörelse, Träning, Stå och All aktivitet. För de tre första kategorierna behöver du bara fylla ringarna (röd, grön eller blå) varje dag i veckan. För att få utmärkelsen Perfekt vecka (All aktivitet) måste du fylla alla tre ringarna varje dag under en hel vecka. Du kan tjäna in denna flera gånger, även om det bara visas en utmärkelse. Kom ihåg att en vecka i Aktivitetsappen är från måndag till söndag! Fyll ringarna varje dag från måndag till söndag för att tjäna en handfull utmärkelser. Ida Blix Perfekt månad Till skillnad från Perfekt vecka finns det inte flera olika Perfekt månad-märken för de olika färgade ringarna. Det enda Perfekt månad-målet är att fylla den röda rörelseringen varje dag i månaden. Det finns dock ett separat märke för ”Perfekt månad” för varje månad och varje år. Du kan alltså tjäna detta i februari och igen i mars, och igen i februari nästa år. Månadsutmaning Varje månad har sin egen unika fitnessutmaning. Om du har ställt in aviseringar för Aktivitetsappen på din Apple Watch ser du målet i början av månaden, men du ser också den aktuella månadens utmaning under Prestationer i Fitnessappen på din Iphone. Den visas som en grå kontur innan den är klar, men du kan trycka på den för att se vad utmaningen innebär. Det finns en ny utmaning varje månad, så kolla din Fitnessapp. Ida Blix Månadens utmaning kan handla om att förbränna ett visst antal kalorier, träna ett visst antal gånger eller gå en viss sträcka. Det är omöjligt att säga vad varje ny månad kommer att innebära, du får helt enkelt kolla! 100, 365, 500, 1 000 rörelsemål Fyll rörelseringen ofta för att låsa upp en serie utmärkelser. Ställ in rörelsemålet lågt om du vill göra det enklare. Ida Blix När du når ditt dagliga rörelsemål (fyller den röda ringen) 100 gånger får du ett prestationsmärke. According to the report – Levels & Trends in Child Mortality – under-five deaths globally have fallen by more than half since 2000. However, since 2015, the pace of reduction in child mortality has slowed by more than 60 per cent. This year’s report provides the clearest and most detailed picture yet of how many children, adolescents, and youth are dying, where they are dying, and – for the first time – fully integrates estimates on the causes of death.* For the first time, the report estimates deaths directly caused by severe acute malnutrition (SAM), finding that more than 100 000 children aged 1-59 months – or 5 per cent – died from it in 2024. The toll is far greater when indirect effects are considered, as malnutrition weakens children’s immunity and increases their risk of dying from common childhood diseases. Mortality data also frequently fail to capture SAM as an underlying cause of death, suggesting the burden is likely substantially underestimated. Some of the countries with the highest numbers of direct deaths include Pakistan, Somalia, and Sudan. Newborn deaths account for nearly half of all under-five deaths, reflecting slower progress in preventing deaths around the time of birth. Leading causes among newborns were complications from preterm birth (36 per cent) and complications during labour and delivery (21 per cent). Infections, including neonatal sepsis and congenital anomalies, were also important causes. Beyond the first month, infectious diseases such as malaria, diarrhoea, and pneumonia were major killers. Malaria remained the single largest killer in this age group (17 per cent) – with most deaths occurring in endemic areas of sub-Saharan Africa. After steep declines between 2000 and 2015, progress towards reducing malaria mortality slowed in recent years. Deaths remain concentrated in a handful of endemic countries – such as Chad, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Niger, and Nigeria – where conflict, climate shocks, invasive mosquitos, drug resistance, and other biological threats continue to affect access to prevention and treatment. Child deaths remain heavily concentrated in a small number of regions. In 2024, sub-Saharan Africa accounted for 58 per cent of all under-five deaths. In the region, the leading infectious diseases were responsible for 54 per cent of all under-five deaths. In Europe and Northern America this proportion drops to 9 per cent and in Australia and New Zealand, drops further to 6 per cent. These stark disparities reflect unequal access to proven, life-saving interventions. In Southern Asia, which accounted for 25 per cent of all under-five deaths, mortality was driven largely by complications in the first month of life – including preterm delivery, birth asphyxia/ trauma, congenital anomalies, and neonatal infections. These largely preventable conditions underscore the urgent need for investing in quality antenatal care, skilled health-care personnel at birth, care of small and sick newborns, and essential newborn services. Fragile and conflict-affected countries continue to bear a disproportionate share of the burden. Children born in these settings are nearly three times more likely to die before their fifth birthday than those elsewhere. The report also finds that an estimated 2.1 million children, adolescents and youth aged 5–24 died in 2024. Infectious diseases and injuries remain leading causes among younger children, while risks shift in adolescence: self-harm is the leading cause of death among girls aged 15–19, and road traffic injuries among boys. Shifts in the global development financing landscape are placing critical maternal, newborn, and child health programmes under growing pressure. Surveys, health information systems, and the core functions that underpin effective care all need sustained funding not only to protect the progress made, but to accelerate it. Evidence shows that investments in child health remain among the most cost-effective development measures. Proven, low-cost interventions – such as vaccines, treatment for severe acute malnutrition, and skilled care at birth – deliver some of the highest returns in global health, improving productivity, strengthening economies and reducing future public spending. Every dollar invested in child survival can generate up to twenty dollars in social and economic benefits. To accelerate progress and save lives, governments, donors, and partners must: make child survival a political and financing priority, with political commitment from high-burden countries to mobilize domestic resources, and improve access to evidence-based, quality services that are affordable for all; focus on those at highest risk, especially mothers and children in sub-Saharan Africa and Southern Asia, and in conflict and fragile settings; strengthen accountability for existing commitments to reduce maternal, newborn, and child deaths, including transparent data collection, tracking, and reporting; and invest in primary health care systems to prevent, diagnose and treat the leading causes of death in children, including through community health workers and skilled care at birth. Health workers, patients and health facilities must always be protected under international humanitarian law. Beyond the immediate impact, the conflict is creating wider public health risks. Current estimates indicate more than 100 000 people in Iran have relocated to other areas of the country due to insecurity, and up to 700 000 people have been internally displaced in Lebanon, with many in crowded collective shelters under deteriorating public health conditions, with limited access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene. These conditions increase the risk of respiratory infections, diarrhoeal diseases, and other communicable illnesses, especially for the most vulnerable populations, such as women and children. Environmental hazards are also a raising concern. In Iran, petroleum fires and smoke from damaged infrastructure exposed nearby communities to toxic pollutants that potentially cause breathing problems, eye and skin irritation, and contaminated water and food sources. Access to health services is becoming increasingly constrained across several countries. In Lebanon, 49 primary health care centres and five hospitals have shut following evacuation orders issued by Israel’s military, reducing the availability of essential services as medical needs rise. In the occupied Palestinian territory, increased movement restrictions and checkpoint closures are delaying ambulance and mobile clinics’ access across several governorates in the West Bank. In Gaza, medical evacuations remain suspended since 28 February, while hospitals continue to operate under strain amid ongoing shortages of medicines, medical supplies and fuel, which is being rationed to prioritize essential health services such as emergency and trauma care, maternal and neonatal services, and management of communicable diseases. Temporary airspace restrictions have disrupted the movement of medical supplies from WHO’s global logistics hub in Dubai. More than 50 emergency supply requests, intended to benefit over 1.5 million people across 25 countries, are affected, resulting in significant backlogs.
